I canceled my Discover Membership in person and clearly requested the cancellation to be effective October 1, 2025. I did not use any membership services/credits and was out of the country for much of this time. Despite this, I later received an email stating my cancellation would be effective January 3, 2026, which contradicts what was agreed in person. It feels like cancellations are not properly processed unless the customer actively monitors every charge. I have contacted the location to request they review their records and backdate the cancellation to Oct 1 and refund any charges after that date. I would recommend getting any cancellation in writing immediately and checking your statements closely.

What are your core services and their benefits?
Compression- No pressure, no diamonds! Compression may help your body to improve the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid, boost recovery, circulation and healing. This relaxing treatment applies controlled, dynamic pressure to extremities like the arms, legs and hips using NormaTec Pulse Rx 2.0 technology - the gold standard in compression. Intended to treat a variety of lymphedema conditions including venous insufficiency and help prevent deep vein thrombosis in sessions of just 30-60 minutes each.
What is the age limit for each service?
For medical and core services you must be 12 and older with special protocols. The age limit for Cryoskin is 16 years old.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment and how long does each service take?
Whole Body Cryotherapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. All that is needed upon your arrival is just yourself and good energy! We provide all the needed apparel to ensure you have a safe and fun experience (slippers, socks, robe, gloves, mask, and beanie). Your first time cryo appointment will be for 2:30 with future sessions going up to 3:00.
What is the benefit of being a member?

Do you accept Insurance, HSA, or FSA?
We accept HSA and FSA, no insurance or CareCredit. HSA and FSA cannot be used for facial services.
