  I left a very positive review almost a week ago but now I have to update it. I'm trying to find a way to explain why.From a five star , I went to a 3 star. My experience over there was good. They offered me drinks. I appreciated. The view of the salon was beautiful. The nail technician and everybody is really sweet. Customer service is okay. It's great, but I feel like the nail technician could've done a better job. In all honesty, at the time when she was doing my nails. As this is my first time experience with Russian manicure, it really burned, and I trusted that this is the process and I also trusted whatever she did being dead and in such a upscale type of salon, you're not gonna look every time to see what the nail technician is doing. Especially since the nail technician was referred to me by the owner herself. Who's very sweet as well. Overall, the standard of the nail technician's service didn't meet up to the standard of the salon in itself. I feel like the salon is so beautiful with the drinks and everything but it didn't meet the standard of the service, what I mean is. At the time I asked the nail technician. How long is this gonna last for these nails? She promised me that it would last me up to 4 weeks after a week. I feel like they're not gonna last me. There's already outgrowing, and I could see already. There's space from the cuticle.\n In addition to that As I was admiring the nails, I noticed that meticulous details under the nails, it wasn't cleaned with the tools and that is bothering me when I brought this to the attention of the owner as she's the one that recommended this technician, she's insisting that this is my nail growing, I think I would know if it was my nail or not, but it's okay. It was an experience. It's a beautiful salon, they're very nice people. I just felt that the nail technician's job could have been better.That's all. If I may just add that when I raise the subject to the owner before I left this review, she insisted to see my nails and everything, but she didn't do anything about it. I wish the standard met the level of the design of that place! Good luck

  I had my very first Russian manicure, and Sabina, did an amazing job. I was truly impressed by her precision and the immaculate work she delivered every detail was done with such care. Beyond the manicure itself, the place is absolutely beautiful and elegant, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back.
