  I came every week, sometimes twice a week for 8 months to treat my facial/body hair with Tshazia. She took such good care of me during that time. Always so kind during our sessions and flexible about fitting me into her schedule. I was so scared of needles on my neck during the early days of electrolysis and she was very patient with me. She managed to clear my face every week, even on days where my hair had grown more than usual. Always welcomed me with such warmth and prioritized my comfort during sessions. Truly appreciate the time I spent being treated by her. <3 Shoutout also to the amazing people in the front desk who make the Nios world go round. Thanks to Scott and everyone else who has worked with my schedule to make sure I don't miss my sessions.

  I had a great clinician but I could not book another session with her. Her appointments are taken for the near future and after that I was told her book was not open and no one knew when it would open but I could be on a waiting list. I also could keep calling and calling and maybe get lucky. Unfortunately I do have a life and a schedule, so while the clinician was great Nios does not function well. To Nios's credit, after my review someone from NIOS called me, noted my appointment request, and reserved it for me. Furthermore, he called a second time to ask if I wanted an additional appointment. Now that is really caring service!

  Been trying to get treatment records from this place with no response. I moved home and needed a new therapist - had to start from scratch as I had no historical records to share as my requests have been ignored. Needless to say it has made me question what treatment I undertook at Nios. The electrolysis is totally different at the new place and already extremely effective, significantly cheaper and does not require as frequent visits. The people who work at Nios are very nice, pleasant, but you can’t get information when you need it and I can’t explain why these services are so different! 🤷🏽‍♀️

  NIos is by far one of the best places that I have been to in regards to hair removal. My Electrologist. Jessica is super sweet and does a fantastic job at making sure that at all my visits, I’m completely comfortable. Big ups to Kim at the front desk too, She Rocks!!❤️❤️💯

  Well my experiance with Rolanda is awesome. She is very caring and helpful if I get pain. This is my 4th Time with Electrolysis and with Yolanda. My hairs are getting less and less. I am very happy at NIOS
