You can’t judge a business as a whole off one person. Every time I call or email Kim and Britney go above and beyond to help. Looking forward to reopening!

She pays attention to details in the areas to be treated . THERE IS A HATE REVIEW regarding her, that is TOTALLY FAKE REVIEW! Kim the front desk manager is the best front desk I’ve ever met ! I’ve been to a lot of service companies in New York from laser hair removals to nail salons but Kim beats all of their front desk ! Professional and friendly! Makes me excited to always visit. She remembers all the name of the clients ! Amazing! Worth the money !
