I Love this store and the staff. After so many years, Mac has changed formulas and I needed a new shade and they went above and beyond to help me find it. They took me outside and checked in different lighting options, angles and everything. I love them and I love how helpful they are. I have never went to that store and left unpleased, even if the product I want is not available, they always make sure I leave satisfied. Love, Love Love, this store won't disappoint.

I purchased one and it broke. I didn’t have time to bring it back so I just purchased another that one broke, I exchanged it and that one broke. I later purchased another because I absolutely love this shade and had a hard time finding anything close, I opened it and it fell the lipstick fell out the container and fell on my white shorts!! But I will reach out to corporate because I have never purchased any lipstick from Mac that broke each time. To be honest none of them ever broke and I’ve been using Mac since 2011 and never had this issue. All purchased from this location.
