The sales associate was so upset and offended that I did not like her choice of foundation. It was DEF not my match but she insisted. She said “what else do you want? I gave you this one and you didn’t like it. If I go higher it’s too dark… this is it!” As a 44 yr old woman being spoken to by another this way, where I’m paying my money, is uncalled for. Oh yea, at the end she said “well, it’s your money, idc. Return it if you want!” Horrible service. It’s a shame because it’s my local Mac…first and last time going there. No thank you. Off I go to another location to try and get color matched for the 5th time.

I Love this store and the staff. After so many years, Mac has changed formulas and I needed a new shade and they went above and beyond to help me find it. They took me outside and checked in different lighting options, angles and everything. I love them and I love how helpful they are. I have never went to that store and left unpleased, even if the product I want is not available, they always make sure I leave satisfied. Love, Love Love, this store won't disappoint.
