- AYAmanda Yepez5 days ago5.0Such a great experience at my favorite place on earth!! Each staff member was super kind to my kiddo who was asking tons of questions and living her best lush life! They were more than happy to answer all of my questions and helped us find the right hair products for our needs. As a former Lush member, it felt great being back at my old stomping grounds surrounded by new products but so many of my old favorites and I love that the company is still hiring such great people to live up to that Lush vibe. Can’t wait to head over again! The MIT there was fantastic and Ellie was amazing with my kiddo. I wish I remembered everyone’s name since they all deserve a shout out.

I thought lush was a safe space for people like us but I guess not. The tall slim tan skin guy and the curly hair glasses wearing short tan skin girl are so mean and arrogant and insulted my intelligence and my son. The girl blabbing about how she “hates stupid people” and the middle aged tall slim guy agreeing and laughing and was so mean and rude to my son when he asked a basic question. Did you people ever consider some people are on the spectrum?? What the hell kind of people do you have working here is my only question… just wanted to get a bath bomb for my sons birthday but in exchange was treated like crap. Dont understand how lush hires people like this despite the fact they are fighting for human and animal rights….
