I came for a face mask that unfortunately was sold out, but the staff member was kind enough to provide me a sample that was enough for two tries. They're always very responsive over the phone when I call in for any inquiries.

- JJJessicaDec 21, 20253.0The selection for any given product type (bar soap, body butters, etc) is small. I wish there was more diversity within each category. They had a lot of different categories of stuff available - bar soap, liquid soap, body lotion, body butter, face moisturizer, face treatment, face cleanser, body spray, perfume, bath bombs, and a bunch of smaller categories that don't need to exist. I do think things are overpriced, but for the experience of trying out a Lush product, I thought it was worth to purchase a small sample of bar soaps that I like the smell of. Bar soaps are sold by the ounce. Lush is also an advocate for animal rights and cruelty-free testing, but this store had a dog just sitting there, likely overwhelmed by the strong smells around it. Is this supposed to be a claim that the products are safe for animals? Not sure, but that seemed a bit suspicious to me.
