This last time was especially memorable working with Sarah S.! I came here to celebrate my friends birthday about a year ago, then my sisters, and then recently came here to get myself some makeup to treat myself for my birthday and Sarah just made it such a special experience. She gave really great makeup advice, made me feel so good about myself, and helped me decide between different colors to find what looked best on me. We were the last ones in there and she let us know they’d be closing soon but didn’t make us feel rushed or feel bad! I just really appreciate how kind, knowledgeable, fun, and supportive she was! I hope this location keeps finding employees like her because while of course Glossier on its own is already such a special experience, employees like Sarah can elevate it so much and have you leaving the store feeling so good. I highly recommend coming here!!

- JRJensen Reyes6 days ago5.0had a wonderful experience at the glossier soho location <3 i had help from the lovely sara c who gladly answered any questions i had about their makeup and skincare products, letting me know which items they personally like and think would work for my skin tone. i left feeling confident in my purchases and can’t wait to try them out at home! even though the brooklyn location is closer to me, i won’t hesitate to visit the soho location again just from the excellent service alone!
- JRJessica RiveraDec 18, 20254.0Can’t be crowded and if you don’t like rules or a longer sales experience your going to have to get messy and invest in the 30+ minut to figure out what you’d like. I like the interesting space and the minimalist design it’s like sandstones in Utah all white / bone color but it can be overly bright and overstimulating for some. Heads up for fellow New Yorkers , if your make the same amount per hour as their starter lip gloss/ balm then the prices will alienate you a tad and May be out of reach to commit to the brand .

I purchased lip balms and got them charmed and got to get a Polaroid photo of myself for the cute passport they had!! Totally recommend! I can’t say how much I love their products! Everyone there was amazing and customer service was top tier! I’m working on my socials right now and would LOVE to work with you guys some day. Thank you for such an amazing experience!
