  The ladies in this store are exceptionally rude. It gives such a bad taste in your mouth when youre trying to have a sensory moment and explore this perfume house. Lovely scents but horrible experience.

  This was my second time visiting this store, and I had a lovely experience both times. However, this visit was even better because I met Keisha, who assisted this time. She was absolutely great and phenomenal with her knowledge of the scents and notes, and she also made some wonderful recommendations. She was very attentive, friendly, and sweet. I’m the type of shopper who likes to explore everything the store has to offer and take my time deciding and reading before making a purchase. I never felt any pressure. I really appreciate when sales representatives are respectful and make you feel comfortable while I am exploring, just like Keisha did. I will definitely visit the store again, and I hope she’s there to help me next time.

  I debated on whether I'd write a review, but I stepped in here a little while ago. Unfortunately, my experience coming here wasn't pleasant. I was interested in trying L'Eau papier, but after stepping in, I received a disapproving glare from who looks to be the manager, if not a store associate. I shrugged it off thinking maybe she was probably having a bad day. As I checked out scents, none of the store associates greeted or acknowledged me. I understand some New Yorkers want to be left alone to just, but simple eye contact is fine. I left shortly after trying the l'eau paper which isn't for me, but the overall feel of this place is not friendly or decent. As I was leaving, the lady/manager (?) I saw earlier walked past me and looked me up and down. Small things like doesn't mean the store or brand is awful, but it just left a bad taste in my mouth. Ironically, they were nice and accommodating to other customers.

  I didn’t catch any names, but there were three associates here who were amazing! Very welcoming energy and great recommendations. This was my first time shopping at Diptyque and I look forward to my next visit at this location.

  I’m new to the brand and went in for the first time today looking for a new fragrance. Upon entering, I was greeted kindly by several staff members. However, after spending a few minutes looking through the scents, one employee approached me and audibly scoffed when I said I didn't know what kind of fragrance I was looking for. She then stared at me in bewilderment and mocked my statement, making me so uncomfortable that I decided to leave.
