I needed some assistance with a fragrance I smelled on Qatar airways signature smells of this brand they usually have and let me tell you the staff is so snotty especially Kisha ..the whole time she was looking down on me and told me no coffee allowed in the store next time .. I won’t be going back to this location .

Apres une mauvaise experience client au debut du mois de decembre (reticence a nous donner une boite cadeau alors que nous avions acheté un parfum et une bougie) j'y suis retournée le 31 decembre pour faire un nouvel achat. La grande dame et sa collègue asiatique ont cette fois ci ete tres gentilles et arrangeantes. Je reviendrai sans apprehension.
Je trouve cependant dommage que la machine a graver soit cassée depuis plusieurs semaines en période des fetes et que le magasin expérimente des ruptures de stocks notamment sur la bougie Benjoin que je voulais acheter. Je me suis reportée sur Tubereuse.

they were so rude here!! i am in love with the oyédo perfume and brought my mom to smell some of fragrances too, since she was in the market.
for some reason, staff hovered around and watched us the entire time. we just want to smell the candles :(
finally, they came up to us and asked us to leave since we had drinks (which had closed lids). safe to say i’ll never buy from this brand again

I’ve been to a few of the Diptyque store locations in NYC, however this the only one I keep coming back to. This location has always felt the most welcoming and least pretentious. The staff always have been attentive, professional, kind and thorough! Big shoutout to Mar who I have had the pleasure of interacting with the most. I adore all the products I have gotten from this store. I was saddened to see other reviews that didn’t feel the same way. I’ve only had positive experiences at this branch. I had some poor customer experiences with the other locations like Williamsburg and Columbus Circle. Another reason I go out of my way to come here. Also, please cut the workers some slack. They might be having a rough day or just have dealt with a horrible customer. Anyways, love the staff and the product here.
