  Just had an awful experience with a sales associate. He tried to convince me I asked for something that I didn’t ask for. I didn’t even know the scent I wanted came in a different form than the ones I asked for, so I know he misheard, yet he was trying to convince me otherwise! He gave me attitude when I asked if he could look up my profile via phone number rather than the email he asked for. He assumed I was familiar with Diptyque’s terminology for their products, and just flat out ignored my questions instead of trying to explain. I get that it’s the holiday season in NY, but this was a totally unpleasant experience for a returning customer. I was very tempted to go back and return my purchase just to do the transaction with another sales associate.

  My firm has had the pleasure of working with the wonderful team at Diptyque Grand Central for our corporate gifting this year. I would like to give a particular shout-out to Romy, Darlene and Deon at this location, for their amazing level of customer service and follow-through. I truly appreciate their consummate professionalism, timeliness and attention to detail~ to ensure that each gift set delivered conveyed the sense of gratitude and personalization intended for each recipient. My business clients and gift recipients this year have been absolutely delighted by the beautiful packaging, personalized gift cards, and thoughtful samples included with each gift delivery. Thanks to store manager Romy, our corporate gift giving process--from the initial composition/ordering to execution/delivery tracking--has been seamless from beginning to end. Thank you so much for going above and beyond in every one of our interactions. I commend this team for their exceptional warmth and genuine caring for their customers; it's always a pleasure stopping into this tranquil location in the midst of a hectic day.

  Thank you so much to Romy for a wonderful first shopping experience at the Grand Central location. Romy explained the collections and answered any and all questions we had. Romy even gave us a wonderfully magical history lesson in why the letters on the bottle are presented that way on the products. Romy helped us pick samples and we fell in love with every single one! Romy is such a wonderfully delightful manager and I encourage all who haven’t visited yet to do so. I wish all of my in person shopping experiences could be this wonderful. This was the perfect birthday gift to myself. I can’t wait to visit this boutique again. Sorry for the late review!

  Beyond amazing location - they were able to exceed my expectations of a luxury experience. Deon is a phenomenal representative of Diptyque and deserves all the flowers in the world. I will forever remember his kindness and Diptyque has found a loyal customer in me for life because of his wonderful service.
