The salesperson was misleading and made us think we would be able to return the perfume for a refund, not store credit. Buy online instead, they will refund your card. We also bought a perfume online we wanted to return in store and it turns out the entities are completely separate and you can't return online purchases at the store. Extremely confusing and annoying return process, the manager then said she would give 15% off but only if we bought 2 perfumes. Totally disappointed by customer service here, expected much better from a "high-end" retailer.
