It has been over 30 days since this event and I have not received a refund. The space itself is nice, but I recommend NEVER falling for the paid services. It’s a scam. You will not receive the service OR see your money again!

- CCChandlerSep 10, 20211.0I used to love the Atelier, but during my most recent visit yesterday I was greeted with unwelcoming service for no reason at all. I came in interested to purchase the Water-Fresh Tint. With COVID/Delta I obviously wanted to try the product at home first before buying it, instead of doing a 'face consultation' and taking off my mask. They would not even give me a single tiny sample to do this (and I am clearly not going to purchase an expensive product without testing it). ALL OTHER times I have visited the Atelier they have given me not only samples of what I was purchasing but also extra samples of products I may like. When I mentioned this, I was told in a condescending manner that never happened... which it did. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
