Tamuna is not only extremely knowledgeable and skilled but also so kind, always encouraging me to reach out between sessions If I have any questions and working with me to meet my goals. The entire team at Aida Bicaj is special and they really make sure that you feel taken care of. Gosha at the front desk is helpful, professional and also such a kind person. I am so excited every time I get to go back and relax. Would highly recommend!

I was hoping for a pleasant time, but instead, I was treated with a surprising lack of courtesy and respect. The way the receptionist spoke, stare and behave made us feel unwelcome. I hope you take this as an opportunity to reflect and improve how your staff treat people. Everybody is a high end client and deserves respect! A smile doesn’t cost anything.
