  I’ve been consistently seeing Tamuna ahead of my wedding and she has COMPLETELY changed my skin, and helped me to become the most confident version of myself. Tamuna is not only extremely knowledgeable and skilled but also so kind, always encouraging me to reach out between sessions If I have any questions and working with me to meet my goals. The entire team at Aida Bicaj is special and they really make sure that you feel taken care of. Gosha at the front desk is helpful, professional and also such a kind person. I am so excited every time I get to go back and relax. Would highly recommend!

  I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at Tribeca was genuinely disappointing. I was hoping for a pleasant time, but instead, I was treated with a surprising lack of courtesy and respect. The way the receptionist spoke, stare and behave made us feel unwelcome. I hope you take this as an opportunity to reflect and improve how your staff treat people. Everybody is a high end client and deserves respect! A smile doesn’t cost anything.

  I came to New York for the summer and was worried about how the heat would affect my skin — it was feeling dry and in need of some serious care. I’m so glad I discovered Aida Bicaj! From the moment I walked in, the experience was exceptional. Tamona, my esthetician, was incredibly delicate and professional. Her attention to detail and knowledge made me feel completely at ease, and my skin has never felt better — refreshed, nourished, and glowing! The front desk receptionist, Monica, was also so kind and attentive. She made me feel welcome from the start and ensured everything ran smoothly. I feel so lucky to have found this place, especially since I’m not a local. It truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended if you’re looking for expert skincare and a luxurious, caring environment.

  I have been seeing Tamuna at Aida Bicaj for monthly facials for the past few months leading up to my wedding and cannot say enough great things! My experience has been excellent and Tamuna is extremely thoughtful (even texting me after my treatments to see how my skin is!), knowledgeable about skin and takes a gradual approach to treatments- which I appreciate! My skin is the healthiest it’s ever been. Tamuna and the staff at Aida are all great and the spa itself is so lovely, clean and relaxing. Highly highly recommend!
