  Waited briefly to get in. Staff was extremely helpful and offered me water. Was able to get an engraved candle on the spot.

  Don’t fall for their refill policies. They deny the refills when you get an old bottle back . Not worth it .

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Diptyque. I placed an order on March 11 and completed the payment the same day. The staff confirmed that the engraving had been completed and assured me the order would be shipped that very day. It has now been over a week, and the order status hasn’t changed at all. It still appears to be sitting in the store. Every time I call for an update, I’m given vague answers and promises that are never followed through. There is no clear communication, no accountability, and no real effort to resolve the issue. What makes this even more frustrating is that my card was charged immediately, yet I’m left without any reliable update on when I will actually receive my order. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a brand I’ve supported for years. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve had with Diptyque, and it has seriously impacted my trust in the brand.

  The best in-store service I have ever received, just a top notch team all around. Sharisse and Tishka went above and beyond to get me a new bottle of Orpheon after a previous purchase had leaked. The team does an excellent job of guiding you through their range of scents and candles. Can’t wait to pick up a Voluts very soon.
