  I was in the city for valentine’s day and purchased the new york candle as a fun memento. Maura was absolutely amazing and so welcoming. She made the visit to the store so memorable!

  I absolutely love this store! The interior design is stunning, it’s such a beautiful space. The staff are especially knowledgeable and very helpful, which makes the experience even better. I personally love their perfumes more than their candles, and my favorite scent is Do Son. This location in particular is especially beautiful!

  Dasia is so friendly and tentative. I had some questions and she was so patient with me explaining the differences. Love this store and the staff. Gives a Harry Potter vibe 💜💜 Kellyxglow x Miju.bilingo

  Maura, one of the managers, has such a warm and polished presence. She’s extremely knowledgeable on all things Diptyque, and you can tell she really cares. I felt inspired immediately when she showed me how artistic the bottles are. The store is absolutely beautiful! I’ll be back for sure

  I had to come leave a review because the man working at this location today truly made my mom’s day. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name. Thank you for helping my mom and I even though you were clearly juggling a million things. You still took the time to greet us, talk to us, and actually make us feel seen. It was pretty busy and some of the other associates didn’t acknowledge us (which I get, it happens), but you? You made the effort and that made all the difference. Because of you, we ended up making a purchase! Customer service like that does not go unnoticed. You were kind, attentive, and just had such a good energy. We appreciate you! 💖 I’ll be back!
