  Thinking of making a purchase from Credo but not sure which is best? Which would look good? How to apply them? Credo offers appointments that you can book in advance so that you can experience the products and get to know them! There’s a fee but if you are really going to buy a minimum of $50, the make up application appointment is free! I had the goal of buying make up anyway, so I booked an appointment. Sharlene helped me out a lot! I needed a quick routine that would still make me look put together at work. She did just that during my appointment. And I felt good about the purchases because my questions were answered!! Totally worth booking an appointment when you’re thinking of buying make up!

  I’m so tired of coming here and being treated poorly. Ive been shopping here for many, many years but rarely shop in-store anymore because I am constantly racially profiled by the employees. My most recent experience being with the 2 women on-shift 3/10, their hesitance to help me explore new products made me sick to my stomach. Luckily, there was a brand ambassador on-site who was kind, hospitable, & shared her knowledge on products with me.

  credo has products i like but i dont 100% get the feeling they actually care about clean products? i hope im wrong. have been to the shop a few times and it's ok, but definitely not enjoyable - something is always off.

  The staff at this location and at the Williamsburg location are so nice! This location has so many great products like the laundry detergent. The staff are warm and friendly and have great recommendations. In December, they had a local scavenger hunt which was so fun! On the same day as the scavenger hunt they were offering a gift with purchase for spending over $125+ (which was also offered online) plus a free Follain candle (which was not offered online). I've found that if you purchase in store during one of the gift with purchase offers, they offer something addition that the website doesn't. Anyway, I love supporting this store and kudos to this staff -- thank you for always being kind and helpful!

  I love their recycling program, but make sure you check the points before leaving the store. The staffs didn't enter my points one time, and there was no way to back track and add the points afterwards.
