  I had the best experience working with Zachary! I booked the 1 hour LHeure Iconique makeup application session. Not only was Zachary extremely thorough with his explanations during my appointment, but he gave me some amazing tips that changed the entire look of my makeup. I truly felt transformed by the end of the appointment, while still looking and feeling very natural. Zachary also went above and beyond at the end of the appointment to help me pick out products to take home. I highly recommended booking the LHeure Iconique appointment if you are interested in learning more about makeup application or need your makeup done for an event. Chanel’s products are expensive but beautiful, and the boutique is very nice. I’ll definitely be back!

  Absolutely loved visiting the new Chanel boutique on the Upper West Side. This space is stunning and the team is so warm and welcoming. I had the best experience with makeup artist Natalie. She is truly amazing, super knowledgeable and incredibly talented. She took the time to show me how to do a smoky eye (something I could never get right before!) and explained everything step-by-step in such a clear and easy way. I actually feel confident doing it on my own now! You can immediately tell she has serious experience, she trained and worked with Chanel in Europe, and it really shows in her technique, taste, and the way she teaches. I’m definitely coming back for the full makeup service with her. If you want a beautiful, polished look and a luxurious experience — book with Natalie. You will LOVE it. ❤️
