However, over three weeks later, I have still not received my package. Aveda repeatedly cites "high volume" as an excuse for the delay, but this does not justify their poor service. Is it the customer’s obligation to bear the burden of delayed shipments, especially when payment has already been processed? When I contacted Aveda for a refund, they refused, claiming that the shipment is "in progress." However, they could not even provide a tracking number to verify the status. This raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability and trustworthiness.
