  I had an absolutely phenomenal facial and experience all around at AIDA BICAJ Tribeca to help with acne, fine lines, dry skin and overall missing glow! I just left my facial with Tamuna and feel *reborn*. The owner Aida has created an incredibly professional, welcoming, luxurious, and educational environment. Carolina at the front desk was lovely and clear and helpful. Thank you Tamuna and see you soon! So excited for our plans for my skin journey.

  I recently had the most incredible experience with Jillian at Aida Bacaj in Tribeca and I cannot recommend her enough. I came in for a signature Biologique Recherche facial paired with a Skin Instant Lab analysis, and left with a fully customized skincare routine tailored specifically to my skin's current state and concerns which already feels like such a luxury. What really set this apart was how attentive and unhurried the entire experience felt. Jillian never rushed through a single step, took the time to really understand my skin, and made me feel genuinely well cared for throughout. I left absolutely glowing and so relaxed. If you're looking for a truly personalized, results-driven facial experience in the city, this is it. Already planning my next visit!

  I started seeing Tamuna about 1 year ago at the Tribeca location and so much has changed for the better since then. She is incredibly informed and intuitive at the same time - as a nurse I deeply appreciate this. She can be surgically precise in her advice and treatment, research and experience driving her decisions, while also being completely in-tuned to your personal preferences, lifestyle, etc. Tamuna is a special kind of person, and Aida Bicaj Tribeca is a special foundation. I leave her room feeling lighter, lifted, and bright, nbut most importantly I leave feeling prepared - she is thorough with your routine and will write you and entire instruction manual on what to do going forward. Patient education is always huge for me, and she prioritizes that more than I expected. She wants you to succeed, she wants to see you walk in in better shape next time because of her precise instructions. And when you follow them your dreams come true - it's literal magic. She is a full on scientist, technician, strategist, personal-esthetician. Oh! and she's super considerate of budget - she has tools in her back pocket that will make it work for your budget. She's consciously, emotionally, and clinically aware in all ways - truly feel like I won the lottery with Tamuna. She is a treasure and I am so grateful I'm embarrassed. <3

  My facial with Agata is my favorite part of every month. She is a true expert at making your skin look its best and is so knowledgeable. Aida Bicaj is the best spa in NYC hands down.
