On January 5th I bought a lipstick for $38.11 in store that should have been shipped to me. On February 1st, I revisited the store to inquire why I was charged and the lipstick was not received. I spoke to the older manager who told me she didn't see my order in their system. She pawned me over to an associate who seemed to marginally care about my plight but eventually told me to call customer service on my own to resolve an issue they could solve. She accepted my suggestion that she should call customer service to resolve my concerns because the product was bought in her store. She did, and customer service told me the carrier lost my package, yet I wasn't contacted, a new package wasn't shipped, nor did I get a refund until I called. She didn't even suggest expedited shipping of a new lipstick. Customer service seemed aloof to the inconveniences of having to wait a month, having to return to the store to encounter an uncaring manager, and poor overall, frustrating service.
They lost a customer.
The Indian girl with the red hair at the register has a disgusting attitude. She acts condescending and refers to people with inappropriate names. This girl goes above and beyond to be extremely rude and nasty. Sephora needs to step in and coach this girl.

Jay ( short red hair ) helped me with my danessa myricks purchase, I was doing a exchange. She showed me over to the mirror and gave me some sponges. She was very nice and pleasant. I originally went there the 31st the tall girl at the register with the long red hair was actually rude because she asked who helped me and I said no one 🙂 because infact no one did help me. Aside from Jay I wouldn’t recommend the store.
This location needs to close or needs a new team entirely I am so unbelievably disappointed it was me my girlfriend and mother going out and they stopped into the store now my mom comes to this location in particular so many times and spends so much here being that we live in the area and it was my girlfriends first time here and they would not stop following us and asking if we needed help by the 3rd time I was going to blow up at one of the girls because it was the same one asking over and over but that would look bad because I’m a man right? By the time we go to pay I just didn’t feel comfortable being there not to mention it’s so congested and the heat is cranked to 100, yes I’m not “shopping” but I’m paying and I don’t mi d because it’s my girlfriend and mom but damn they made it so unpleasant and if and when we do go back I will talk back and share my thoughts with this team until something is done genuinely so rude and weird please leave the customers alone.

After hearing negative things about this location, I happened to be in the area and decided to stop in anyway. The cashier was very pleasant, but I can’t say the same about the employees who were supposed to assist with shade matching.
I asked a sales associate if there was someone who could help me find my shade. She said yes and asked the person assigned to help. Unfortunately, that employee was not helpful at all. I explained my skin type and the brands I was interested in, but instead of assisting, she tried to sell me a makeup class just to find my shade. She never offered to use the shade finder tool Sephora provides. Instead, she pumped a few drops of foundation onto a sponge and told me to “see if it matches.” I’ve never experienced service like that at Sephora before.
She eventually flagged down a Benefit representative, and thanks to her, I was able to find a good shade within that brand (even though I wanted to explore others). The Benefit rep was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain different options for my skin type.
Overall, this location was very disappointing. I won’t be returning, believe the negative reviews.
