    Tried to make an order by phone. Person on the phone said they would call me back. Still waiting! That was 3 days ago. When my order arrived the packing was so bad that a product was opened and spilled all over the box which included a display that was torn and destroyed. Everything is always out of stock in the other hell hole in Middletown where I was told by a salesgirl that Matrix was going out of business. ? Toyally incompetent.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
