The employees are extremely friendly, and the nurses are especially professional. During my IV treatments, they are always very careful, attentive, and make me feel comfortable and well cared for. However, during my most recent visit, I had an issue at the front desk where I was charged double for a service that was not clearly explained to me beforehand. As customers may know once you're procedure is done you feel dizzy, relaxed or sleppy. It’s not so much about the money, but about transparency and honesty, which I truly value as a customer. I would still recommend this location, but I suggest that staff double-check with customers and clearly explain any ingredients or procedures that fall outside of a membership before charging. Clear communication would make an already great experience even better.

What are your core services and their benefits?
Compression- No pressure, no diamonds! Compression may help your body to improve the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid, boost recovery, circulation and healing. This relaxing treatment applies controlled, dynamic pressure to extremities like the arms, legs and hips using NormaTec Pulse Rx 2.0 technology - the gold standard in compression. Intended to treat a variety of lymphedema conditions including venous insufficiency and help prevent deep vein thrombosis in sessions of just 30-60 minutes each.
What is the age limit for each service?
For medical and core services you must be 12 and older with special protocols. The age limit for Cryoskin is 16 years old.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment and how long does each service take?
Whole Body Cryotherapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. All that is needed upon your arrival is just yourself and good energy! We provide all the needed apparel to ensure you have a safe and fun experience (slippers, socks, robe, gloves, mask, and beanie). Your first time cryo appointment will be for 2:30 with future sessions going up to 3:00.
