  Went to this hybrid of a “spa” and wellness place last year for their hydrafacial promotion. (Posting this a year after bec they do not stop spamming me) I do hydrafacials 4-5 times a year love them and I wanted a place closer to home. My facial was subpar, the esthetician was extremely rough when cleansing my face and didn’t seem experienced ( i was not wearing makeup , I mentioned i only had moisturizer and sunscreen on my face & i do not use chemical sunscreen so it’s not difficult to cleanse) I asked her to please be gentle when cleansing and prior to the facial i requested no extractions she still pushed for extractions. -_- I then told her my skin concerns; redness (actually rosacea) And she cleansed my face very roughly, used a towel to cleanse and remove the cleanser off my face as well as dried my face with another gnarly towel. She then she began pressing my skin as if she was looking for something… I remember opening my eyes and seeing her looking at my face with great confusion and fear…i asked what’s going on & she mentioned my face was red in some spots… I thought where did this lady get her certification from… my face reacted from the rough cleanse and gnarly towels but i mentioned i get redness from time to time and how had she never seen redness before because she kept on saying “omg ive never seen anything like it” you would think my face turned beet red all over but no. -_- it was just blotchy from her rough hands… I had to reassure her i’ve had hydrafacials before and it was ok the redness would calm down… the rest of course since the facial is done with a machine was fine but she still managed to be rough. Some people just have a heavy hand. So i never went back. I’ve been going back to another spa in the city which is far and pricy but worth it because their estheticians are gentle and listen to me. And I only remember this experience because this place WILL NOT STOP TEXTING ME! As much as i text : STOP they will not stop. So maybe this will get attention and remove me from all their emails and texts. Thanks.

  Restore Wellness is truly exceptional. My facials with Lucia are, without question, the best I have ever experienced. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and thoughtful in her approach, always tailoring each treatment to exactly what my skin needs. I leave every appointment feeling refreshed, cared for, and noticeably glowing. I also genuinely appreciate the IV therapy services. The IV infusions have made a meaningful difference in my energy levels and overall sense of well-being, particularly during times when I need an extra boost for immunity. It is a place where you feel both confident in the services and personally valued.

  The whole staff is very welcoming, professional warm the places definitely clean. I am in the medical field myself. I’m glad that there was a nurse to speak to to approve me for some of these services. That was amazing. I didn’t expect that I will see them again.

  Upon opening the services, this business asked: "Do you have any serious medical conditions?" When I answered "no," they told me to sign a document confirming the absence of such conditions! Later it turned out that they had signed me, my daughter, and everyone else up for a membership. The manager, named Michelle, was rude and aggressive towards me and my family.

  I recently switched to the Mount Kisco location of Restore Wellness, and overall I’ve had a very positive experience. The employees are extremely friendly, and the nurses are especially professional. During my IV treatments, they are always very careful, attentive, and make me feel comfortable and well cared for. However, during my most recent visit, I had an issue at the front desk where I was charged double for a service that was not clearly explained to me beforehand. As customers may know once you're procedure is done you feel dizzy, relaxed or sleppy. It’s not so much about the money, but about transparency and honesty, which I truly value as a customer. I would still recommend this location, but I suggest that staff double-check with customers and clearly explain any ingredients or procedures that fall outside of a membership before charging. Clear communication would make an already great experience even better.
