  This is my absolute favorite Sephora location! I have always had wonderful interactions with the staff here but today's experience was exceptional. After a bad day, I was excited to treat myself to a new product I had been excited about, only to find out that they were sold out! Luckily for me, Sabira went above and beyond to find me one and ensure I left happy. Thank you so much again for your help and generosity! :)

  I visited the Merrick location and was disappointed with the customer service at checkout. When I asked about ordering an out-of-stock item, the cashier stated it was no longer available. I then asked for a similar recommendation, but no assistance was offered, and her demeanor was unwelcoming and dismissive. I understand that everyone can have off days, but customer service is essential in a retail environment. This interaction left me feeling unwelcome and did not reflect the level of service I expect from Sephora.

  Miss Sabira is great 👍 I am visit first time in the store. I have a DoorDash order when I see the order. It’s a lot of stuff. It’s a $700 all stuff price what miss sabira help me a lot thank you so much appreciate that you make my day. You are so sweet. You are so helpful. She’s very great thank you so much. See you again.   Joy and Brianna are the best. What would have been a 35 min shop they made it a 5 min thing. Highly recommended!!!
