I then asked for a similar recommendation, but no assistance was offered, and her demeanor was unwelcoming and dismissive. I understand that everyone can have off days, but customer service is essential in a retail environment. This interaction left me feeling unwelcome and did not reflect the level of service I expect from Sephora.
