I loved that she sat with me before getting me in the chair to talk about what I wanted to do and gave me her notes and ideas based on my hair type. I appreciated her insights and feedback, because the end result of my cut was what I hoped for! My hair is fine and I want to grow it longer and wanted shaggy layers, but she went over with me how my hair would look now and when it grows longer. I appreciated her professional input, and she helped me keep my length while still incorporating layers to give it more shape, as it was getting flat. She also heard my concerns about how certain products weighed down my hair or made it look oily, and she tested some product in my hair with my approval to achieve the volume and look I wanted. I'll definitely be back in Tara's chair when it's time for more reshaping!

My cheeks, on the side of my eyes, the entire back of my neck. I mean come on. My bangs are always cut too short. I say not too short. Oh well. The music is too loud. People go there to relax not to scream instead of talk. I get told im not doing weekly conditioning treatments. Like im getting yelled at. A little girl. She said she could tell. She doesn't know my life or my situation. For the amount you pay, the service can definitely be improved. I also got the third degree for not coming more often. What the hell. My husband's hours got cut and theyre expensive. Terrible experience. I got all dressed up. I never get out. I was supposed to enjoy time away from the kids. So much for that. I couldn't wait to leave. Bottom line: im finding a new salon. Never going back after that experience.
