She went on to help me with some purchases and also made recommendations of some of her favorite products. Super super lovely person to work with. I would happily make sure to look for her help every time I shop her and will make it a priority to shop this location because of her

I have the flu and had to cancel my appointment. Again, I get my makeup done here often. I wanted to see if I can get the fee waived. And I called the main number from the app first and they told me the store can definitely do that for me. I called twice and both times they told me no. I get policies, ok. Even if I didn’t get my money back. There was no, I’m sorry you don’t feel fell or anything to show any compassion. Just very rude and nope I can’t cancel. When this store has canceled on me in the past!!! I’ve had events and I’ve gotten notifications they overbooked. Imagine that, and was I ever rude? Nope. I was understanding. So this Sephora lost me.
