The employee Michelle spoke to us like we were stupid. Her tone was downright condescending, and the way she commented on my cousin’s requests was completely out of line. I don’t go to Sephora to have someone talk down to me or make my family feel bad about themselves. It was rude, unprofessional, and honestly ruined our day. This store seriously needs to get it together, because no one should have to deal with that kind of behavior.

From the start, her attitude came across as rude and condescending. While I was simply asking about a product, she began making unsolicited comments about my skincare routine, calling it “a teenager routine,” and even telling me I had “a lot of dead skin” on my face. Not only were these remarks unprofessional and unnecessary, but they also had nothing to do with what I was asking. I normally enjoy shopping at Sephora and have always had positive experiences at this location, but this interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed. Constructive advice is one thing—but the way it was delivered was inappropriate and disrespectful. I hope management addresses this, as customers deserve to feel welcomed and supported, not judged.

Then Michelle went off and analyzed every little bit of her skin. She made unsolicited and rude comments. “You treating your skin like you’re a teenager” Repeated insults throughout the whole exchange. She feeds off of customer’s insecurities just to make profit and get commission. Worst experience ever and will never come back here. — Looking to see the other reviews, I’ve seen countless of them with similar reviews describing a similar interaction. It’s for sure the same worker and she needs to be fired.
