  The staff at this specific location are extremely rude. I’ve come here, maybe a total of five times. Each time I’ve either been completely ignored, not helped, or a staff member has seen me picking up a product and tried to warn me that it’s extremely expensive so maybe I should get something cheaper. Today I went to return a foundation. The lady at the register told me my total refund was going to be six dollars, which would go back to my credit card and that the rest would be store credit. I asked why this was because I paid the remaining balance with cash. She got annoyed, raise her voice and said “this is what the system recognizes” I expressed that I was confused. She then told me to just press the button on the screen and “we’ll see”. Instead of apologizing for raising her voice and getting annoyed about me, informing her that I paid with cash she just handed me the money and said nothing.

  Angel was the MOST absolute AMAZING, KNOWLEDGEABLE , PATIENT and PROFESSIONAL sales associate I have ever met in my entire life!!! I had expressed my concerns to Angel regarding my foundation skin tone as well as my blush and he was able to instantly deliver the appropriate solution to my concern. I cannot express how KNOWLEDGEABLE and SUPPORTIVE Angel was to me! I had visited this location in the past and I must honestly say how DISAPPOINTING , INEXPERIENCED , and CLUELESS ALL the other sales associates were! One of the sales associates in the past was so rude to me and acted like I wasn’t even important and to make things worse she was completely ignorant and clueless about the products sold at this store as well as finding a solution to my concern and because of that I told myself that I would NEVER and I mean EVER come back to this location again! However, I decided to give this location another try and I do not regret it at all! Whoever is the general manager of this store should definitely consider promoting Angel because I do not understand how this location has so many INEXPERIENCED associates! And it’s such a shame because I live right next to this location in Munsey park so the distance is so convenient for me but now that I know someone like Angel works here I will definitely be coming back many times in the future! Thank you so much for your help Angel ! You restored my faith in Sephora!

  genuinely the worst service ive ever received at a makeup store. felt completely disregarded and received no true help aside from one kind woman. this is the most unprofessional Sephora I’ve ever been to. Now, I dont expect vip treatment from a Sephora but regardless, this location certainly needs to become better. the judgmental stares and lack of customer service was truly baffling. you are better off shopping at cvs for your beauty items. customer service is key in a BEAUTY store where aesthetics is the main focus. it’s such a delicate thing and can make one feel as though they are ugly or unworthy when they can’t even be helped simply and easily finding an item to make them feel more beautiful in this fragile society! this isn’t me personally, but someone else who maybe has never been to a Sephora will probably not even want to shop at one ever again. do better!!!!!

  Professionalism very lacking at this location I held off giving a negative review but after 3 recent negative experiences, it’s time for some accountability ! All workers huddled in front practically blocking customers - no customer service. I had a friend visiting and was downright embarrassed to have taken her here ! I overheard a customer ask for a specific item and a salesperson simply pointed. The customer walked out. Ugh!

  Honestly listen to the reviews customer service is lacking and employees are so disrespectful. My boyfriend asked one employee for a specific item and he didn’t finish’s saying what the item was and she cut him off saying we don’t sell it and walked away. We ended up finding the item ourselves after that we needed someone to look in the drawer and no one was around and when I was about to open the bottom drawer I’m assuming the manager walked by and said I can’t look thought drawer FAIR so she called someone over and I asked for two things and she only focused one thing and I was like maybe it’s not vanilla but it’s yellow and that one specific employee was extremely snarky “ oh if you find the item your looking for let me know maybe me or my system aren’t aware of what you are aware of” given i was mistaken but that line wasn’t needed.
