- ALamy lolJul 30, 20252.0Came tonight looking for Stila eyeliner, said it was in stock online so decided to go here instead of Fayetteville. Asked the associate Jasmine if they had it, and she seemed iffy and said if they did it would be on an end cap/stand alone rack. Did not offer to help look, mention what one, or anything. Saw me walking in circles throughout the store and did not offer any assistance. Finally found it, the end cap nearest to the women’s clothing/exit, and checked out. No greeting, no conversation, just my total and having me enter my information for points. All other times I’ve been here have been pleasant with kinder and helpful employees, so I know that this is a one off.

All I say is that Roz has a chip on her shoulder and should probably not work in retail. Our interaction dwindled my purchase amount significantly, so at least I can thank her for that. Had I not just gotten through working the midnight shift, I would have left and gone to another store. In fact, I contemplated it up until I completed the transaction. Learn how to treat your customers, Roz. You are obviously an unhappy person and it shows.
