  I didn’t want to even write this review but what happened really rubbed me the wrong way. I was in there a couple weeks ago to get some pre-wedding makeup and I asked an associate for assistance and she did come help me for about 5 minutes, said she was going to check availability of something in the computer and then left. Like I saw her take her bag and jacket and leave. I don’t know if she was done for the day or just going on break but it was really rude. If she told me she needed to break or leave I would have totally understood. Even if she didn’t say anything but tapped in another employee to help me before she left I would have been totally fine with that. I ended up leaving and spending the money I would have spent here at Ulta down the street where I was immediately greeted and helped by multiple people. I’m pretty chill and easy going this situation was just very disrespectful. I’m a manager in a customer service environment and if a member of my team ever treated a customer like this it would be deemed entirely inappropriate & unprofessional and dealt with accordingly. This was a pretty young girl with black hair and a couple tattoos. She was pleasant during our short interaction and helped me swab a few colors I will give her that. This just rubbed me really wrong. Makeup is one of very few things I really splurge and spend money on and unfortunately I won’t be returning as a customer. Bad customer service will always lose a business money. If you’re paid to do a job it’s expected that you do it. It’s not that deep or difficult. If it was some kind of emergency I hope everything’s okay but other than a situation like that this was unprofessional, disrespectful, & rude and I really didn’t do anything to deserve it. I was polite and complimented her and just really needed some help. This Sephora is cute and local and otherwise nice. Some staff training on customer service skills will go a long way to keeping this location profitable. Best of luck to management here, I know it’s not easy 😂 & I know it’s not you guys.

  Horrible customer service. I asked the lady for help and with her being the only one there I patiently waited. Another guy asked her for help after me and she went to help him acting like I never asked for help. Until I asked her again “are you going to help me” she finally came over to help. Mind you I have 2 kids with me who are touching everything and she chose not to help me rather she went and helped a guy instead and pretend like I wasn’t there.
