She made the whole experience comfortable and made me feel so at ease during what could have been a very stressful situation. Everyone was extremely helpful even with picking out what earrings would fit well on a small ear. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, and I will recommend to anyone interested in a piercing, not only for a child but for themselves as well!
