The manager, Jane, came across as rude and unprofessional during my visit, which really set the tone. I also overheard conversations among staff that made the place feel disorganized and not well-run. It honestly explains why the quality just isn’t there. The whole environment feels like they’re cutting corners and stressing everyone out. Definitely not worth the time or money. It really feels like the owners just weren’t ready for this business. The whole place comes off unorganized and poorly managed, which shows in the service and the atmosphere. It’s disappointing, because with better leadership and preparation, this could have been a great spot — but right now, it’s far from it. Do not waste your time and hard earned money on this place!!!!
