We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

I asked him to help me find a gift for my sister and he ended up recommending products for my husband and I that we loved and purchased. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, but he was so knowledgeable and helpful that we ended up loving everything he recommended. 10/10 customer service. This store was so welcoming and I haven’t been to Lush in years!!! But after my experience, I’ll definitely be going back and transitioning to more products from here. Even my husband (who's not into skincare) thought it was an amazing experience and loved the products Ethan recommended for him.

I had a birthday party here with all of my friends, and our host, Marlene (I hope I get her name right) could not have been sweeter. She was funny, and very very kind about everything. She let everyone pick free samples when they won any of the games we played, and she even had another worker in the store write special prompts for pictonary because she heard we were all fans of DND ! She went above and beyond for all of us, and even when there was a slight mix-up, she really, really made sure everyone was happy. If anyone is having a birthday party, especially if you're a bit older, I'd recommend her a hundred times ! Give that girl a raise lol ! Plus everything smells very nice in there, so that's a lovely bonus. Also, the person who I spoke to when I first planned the party was extremely nice, and seemed to write lots of notes so our host today knew exactly what sort of games we wanted to play and what activities we wanted to do. Kudos to them too, give 'em a raise also ! Give everyone a raise !
