  I have two boys ages 7 and 9 that needed haircuts. They did same day haircuts and got me right in 2/7/26 at 1pm. There was 2 ladies that did my kids hair cuts. They both did amazing! Especially the woman that did my oldest hair and did a hair fade for him. Thanks for giving my boys so much confidence, they don’t usually trust just anyone to do their hair. Definitely coming back again. Thank you ladies! Next time I’ll be sure to remember your names so you get the recognition you deserve. You both deserve 5 stars 🤩

  I am not impress JCPenny Hair stylist at all. the hairstyles did my hair color is so unprofessional.i can do better home coloring in my own. Lol

  Giving two stars because they got me in quickly... I should have known better. Got a wash, cut and blowout. With the blowout it wasn't apparent until the next day when I straightened it that it was UNEVEN... My hair is very thick so I asked for layers but this is NOT what I meant. Probably last time I'll ever ask for them and definitely last time I'll ever go to this salon... Update: I called the number that was left on the comments attached to this review this morning (3/24/25). The associate that I talked to apologized for my inconvenience. I guess it is only considered an inconvenience to have your hair hacked off. She offered me a $10 gift certificate to put on my account, which so far has not shown up. And after I told her that was not enough to fix the issue only then did she say that they would put in a complaint with the stylist. I was supposed to receive an email confirming that the complaint was put in and of course I didn't receive that either. Just extremely infuriating and disappointing that this is how customers are treated.

  I went to JCPenny salon to get my hair cut and color,My hairdresser did a very bad job with my hair and color. She didn’t care for her clients at all. I’m very disappointed of her... I swear to god I would not go back to JCPenney Salon ever.😢😡
