    I had a very upsetting experience at this Sephora location today. While exiting the store, I was stopped by an employee, pulled aside, and asked to empty my purse and coat. My belongings were searched, and I was questioned about a lip balm that was clearly my personal, well-used item. As a minority, this interaction felt like racial profiling and was extremely humiliating and frightening. There was no clear explanation or apology afterward. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope management reviews how situations like this are handled.

    I had a really bad experience here due to an employee’s passive-aggressive behavior. As a shy person, I was left really upset by her passive aggressive tone and behavior when I looked through unlocked drawers under a display, unaware that this was an issue. If Sephora doesn’t want customers accessing these drawers, they should clearly mark them “Employees Only” instead of allowing staff to treat shoppers rudely. The fact that they are easy access and unlocked (and literally located beneath the displays) suggests that they’re for customers. I will never come here without my husband again.

    I had called to see if they had an item in stock. They said no. I just went to order on Sephora.com for same day delivery and they sent me tracking, and I’m watching the delivery person go from this store location to here lol. It’s like they didn’t even bother to check. Little annoying bc i would have just gone and not wasted the extra money. If you don’t need any help over the phone, the store is fine I guess. Just go in if you need something, don’t bother to call to check.
