  I absolutely love this store and the experience every time I visit. I’m always greeted with a warm smile and genuine welcome - now even by name, which really speaks to how well they care for their loyal customers. Dooman is such a pleasure to work with and one of the main reasons I prefer shopping in-store. She is outstanding in the way she connects with customers, and her knowledge and passion for the products truly stand out. It’s clear Dooman takes great pride in the L’Occitane brand. She consistently makes thoughtful recommendations and even suggests great alternatives when an item is discontinued. A sincere thank you to Dooman, and to Jeremiah as well - he has been wonderful every time I visit. They make shopping here an absolute joy.

  I've been to this store multiple times when busy for the holidays and also on more quiet days. Everytime I've gone I've been more than thoroughly satisfied with not only the products but mostly the customer service at this location. They are always highly attentive, from simple talk like how are you, to more complicated matters such as questions and recommendations. The store manager dooman is always very nice and welcoming which explains why she's in that position and partly why the rest of the employees are always so kind like Jeremiah. She helped me put together a little set for my girl, pointed me towards all the complimentary stuff and made my visit a great one today. Thank you very much

  The product is wonderful but in this specific location the customer service is terrible. Beyond terrible. Rude and arrogant. Never go there again, company put more attention about the people who's in charge of each store.

  I usually love shopping at this store. There is an older gentleman that is very nice. Today I had the worse experience though. I had just sanitized my hands and was walking into your store when the lady insisted that I sanitize my hands again. I told her no problem then said I was looking for two gifts. She recommended the verbena and I told her I didn't like that. Then she went to take another customer. After I picked out my two gifts she told me to put one of the boxes down because it was a display item. This was the last new box avaliable and when I opened the one she gave me it looked used. So I went to the register and when she saw me only purchase one she suggested the new boxed gift which I originally grabbed. I politely said no and left the store with only one gift. For an upscale French store you guys show low class. Not sure I'll be shopping your brand again.

  Great products! We always go there during our lunch break to try the products and relax. Very friendly staff.
