- RRRose2 days ago1.0I don’t have a lot of money I finally decided to treat myself to getting my hair done after years, came in with slightly brassy blonde hair, asked for it to be a natural colored blonde, paid $200 for orange hair with chunky yellow chunks on top, my hair is now orange, yellow, white, ect looks much worse in person it’s a multi color unfixable mess and embarrassing.

Not a social experiment, I told her to take half a inch max and she took 2 inches off this ruined the hair in my face, and it seemed it was her first time doing hair she had to ask another woman how to texture. I asked multiple times if it was to short and she said no due to me not having very good eyesight I couldn’t tell she went to short. This was very disappointing. If you love your hair protect it, if you hate yourself book an appointment. This is a horrible salon. At this point I might just buzz my hair. Asked for a trim left scared. Then had the audacity to give me a ai apology and not make things right

I called and asked to speak to a salon manager but no one was there, they offered to fix it but I couldn't as I was leaving town, but they assured me they'd give me a call back the next day to sort out the situation. Haven't gotten a call back and I had to pay someone else to fix it. I do not recommend it to anyone, ever. Take your $25 somewhere else and get an actually decent haircut.
