    Really REALLY BAD!! Butchered my hair and left sooo much left not cut. I called and asked to speak to a salon manager but no one was there, they offered to fix it but I couldn't as I was leaving town, but they assured me they'd give me a call back the next day to sort out the situation. Haven't gotten a call back and I had to pay someone else to fix it. I do not recommend it to anyone, ever. Take your $25 somewhere else and get an actually decent haircut.

    Had an appointment with Kelsey and it was NOT good. She wouldn’t listen to me about my daughters hair and just kept say she was worried about it being to short. Kid hacked her hair off I wanted it short. It still bothers me that’s why I had to post. Took daughter else where to get it fixed and it looks amazing

    Would give zero if I could. Firstly, I had an appt with a specific stylist and when I showed up she had someone else in her chair and told me she couldn’t take me. So I ended up agreeing seeing someone else. I told her collarbone length, and showed her exactly how much to cut. Ended up leaving with hair cut to my chin and absolutely butchered. Also was charged for a FULL service ($30) when I only got a cut, no wash, style, nothing else (i requested it that way). Will absolutely never go in there again. Had a panic attack in my car in the parking lot after leaving the store.
