He is in a military school and wanted a military cut for his military inspection. The gentleman was in the Army and knew just what he wanted and was amazing at what he did as well as great with customers. Yesterday when we went in a lady with WAY too much make up came up to us. I tried asking if the gentleman was there and she got a complete attitude saying he no longer works there. I tried to tell her why we wanted him and she got snotty of anyone could do that. Well clearly not my son's head has patches, not blended, and the woman burned his neck when edging. My husband (who was done by makeup lady) has patches and truthfully looks like he did it himself. Oh and after she was done and my husband paid she went back to having an attitude towards him. Also neither of these woman even attempted to clean off their necks nor heads before removing the cape so the had hair everywhere. I was a stylists out of high school. I never would have 1. treated a customer in such a manner 2. Had a cut that looked so horrible even in school that I felt comfortable with the customer leaving 3. Allowed a customer leave without being cleaned up

I wish I knew about this place long ago. We had amazing experience here today with all 3 of my kiddos! Jole did two of my.kids and a woman with long curly hair did my other kids and she was also amazing as well! Not one bad thing to even say! Will surly be coming back from now on!!! Thanks guys !

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
