  Cashier was so nice and helpful. But all of the other employees on the floor were so rude and not helpful. i asked for help multiple times and while they did get me the items i was looking for they were clearly mad i was bothering them and were rolling there eyes and not nice at all

  Don’t know if it was because of the holidays/spring break coming out, but I got no help at all whatsoever by the employees today. Usually, I get greeted by someone or one of them nicely asking if I need help (I’m still new to makeup unfortunately) and this time I didn’t. I ended up asking 2 employees to help me, one of them saying they’d get me someone but then completely ignored me afterwards. The other told me I’d have to wait 10 minutes. Then I see at least 3 employees just talking by the foundation stand. Isn’t that ridiculous?! Again, there’s usually always someone willing to help you, but I did not receive that today. I walked out of there feeling disappointed, but I want to give another chance since they usually help out when I go to this location.

  Sephora is always a great place for my makeup staples, this branch was a bit disorganized, I think because it was in a mall and it was a Saturday, during peak hours. It was a bit of a wait to check out but I basically got what I came for.

  Had to come write a positive review after reading all the terrible ones! I walked into the store tonight - 30 minutes before closing and Mackenzie and Anthony were so kind and super helpful. Never made me feel rushed. Mackenzie helped me right till the very end! The cashier was so sweet and upbeat and energetic as well (wish I had gotten their name “it’s my special little day!”). I really hate coming to the mall, feel makeup is overwhelming and often feel stupid about my lack of knowledge but Mackenzie never made me feel that way, she was encouraging, very considerate about looking for vegan products for me and patient. Thank you for making a tedious chore - kinda fun!

  Such a disappointing experience lately. People on the floor are not helpful or knowledgeable or professional. And they rely on the vendors to make sales always pointing you in the direction of whatever vendor is there that day. I was looking for foundation. I had a specific criteria. The very disheveled looking specialist, Recommended Dior and then brought me to the Dior vendor who was there for the day. No that’s not how it’s supposed to work. There is a huge range of products there and I want some thought put into the selections that are recommended.
