  Such a disappointing experience lately. People on the floor are not helpful or knowledgeable or professional. And they rely on the vendors to make sales always pointing you in the direction of whatever vendor is there that day. I was looking for foundation. I had a specific criteria. The very disheveled looking specialist, Recommended Dior and then brought me to the Dior vendor who was there for the day. No that’s not how it’s supposed to work. There is a huge range of products there and I want some thought put into the selections that are recommended.

  I’m giving Sephora one star until they take a stand for human rights. Huda Beauty, sold at Sephora, publicly supports the Iranian regime. I urge Sephora to ban Huda Beauty products from their shelves—show us that human rights truly matter.

  The employees at checkout were extremely rude to my sister and I. The woman checking us out was an older white woman with black glasses and white grayish blonde hair with red lipstick on. I wish I could remember her name but at first everything was going great. Until it came to handing the items that were purchased. The cashier threw the bag on the side table and pushed it toward us as if we were disgusting. The cash register was on the left side next to a ledge table. Then proceeded to act like nothing happened. It was extremely rude of her to not hand us the bag in our hands. We left feeling disrespected because I know if it was a different looking customer she would have never done that. I understand that people can have a “ bad days”. But there is no excuse to be rude to others that have done nothing but be kind the whole time.

  Out of all the Sephoras that I've visited and shopped from, this location is definitely top 5 amongst them all. Great customer service, even without an appointment, you get truly one on one assistance finding your shade or even trying out different lip products or getting feedback on which haircare or skincare would be best. Love the staff here although it can get busy at times, especially during the weekends!

  OMG I actually have always hated Sephora but if the owner is reading this, please fire your manager, I feel like swinging! (Literally never shop here) Drove more than 2 hours to come here for my birthday gift, know this, we came here for my birthday in December to get my gift and they had sold out! A lady told us that we could come back in January to get the gift instead and we listened. When we arrived, the manager and the cashier were very rude saying they couldn’t give it to us yet we came 1 month ago telling us we could. Mind you, we came here ONLY for the gift. So upset because the manager was very rude and didn’t even say anything after we left and yet she kept walking off with an attitude. Such a shame that we drove over 8+ hours to get nothing. Never coming back to a Sephora.
