I recently paid for treatment at the Westbury location and was overcharged by $510 by Victoria and manager Charlie. When I contacted them to resolve the issue, they refused to return my money. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of integrity and customer care. I trusted this business with my health and finances, and instead, I was met with dishonesty and poor service. If you value transparency and fair treatment, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

What are your core services and their benefits?
Compression- No pressure, no diamonds! Compression may help your body to improve the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid, boost recovery, circulation and healing. This relaxing treatment applies controlled, dynamic pressure to extremities like the arms, legs and hips using NormaTec Pulse Rx 2.0 technology - the gold standard in compression. Intended to treat a variety of lymphedema conditions including venous insufficiency and help prevent deep vein thrombosis in sessions of just 30-60 minutes each.
What is the age limit for each service?
For medical and core services you must be 12 and older with special protocols. The age limit for Cryoskin is 16 years old.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment and how long does each service take?
Whole Body Cryotherapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. All that is needed upon your arrival is just yourself and good energy! We provide all the needed apparel to ensure you have a safe and fun experience (slippers, socks, robe, gloves, mask, and beanie). Your first time cryo appointment will be for 2:30 with future sessions going up to 3:00.
What is the benefit of being a member?
