I purchased a facial in July 2024 and was never informed that it had an expiration date. In November 2024, I tried to cancel and request a refund because there was only one aesthetician available, making it nearly impossible to book an appointment that worked with my schedule. Despite reaching out early, I was not offered a refund, extension, or any accommodation. Fast forward to April 2025, I learned that the facial had expired — something I was never made aware of when I purchased it. Charlie did extend it till end of July, which I did then explain to him that unfortunately with summer and skin conditions I am unable to make these appointments The way this was handled by the manager, Charlie, was incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of supporting a paying customer, I was met with dismissiveness and zero accountability. I feel cheated and misled. Restore Hyper Wellness should be upfront about expiration policies and take responsibility when their own scheduling limitations prevent clients from using their services. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

What are your core services and their benefits?
Compression- No pressure, no diamonds! Compression may help your body to improve the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid, boost recovery, circulation and healing. This relaxing treatment applies controlled, dynamic pressure to extremities like the arms, legs and hips using NormaTec Pulse Rx 2.0 technology - the gold standard in compression. Intended to treat a variety of lymphedema conditions including venous insufficiency and help prevent deep vein thrombosis in sessions of just 30-60 minutes each.
What is the age limit for each service?
For medical and core services you must be 12 and older with special protocols. The age limit for Cryoskin is 16 years old.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment and how long does each service take?
Whole Body Cryotherapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. All that is needed upon your arrival is just yourself and good energy! We provide all the needed apparel to ensure you have a safe and fun experience (slippers, socks, robe, gloves, mask, and beanie). Your first time cryo appointment will be for 2:30 with future sessions going up to 3:00.
What is the benefit of being a member?
