We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

I was warmly greeted by one of the lovely associates, Yorleny, who immediately assisted me in finding an initial product I came to smell. She also offered several other scent recommendations that were absolutely lovely. We spoke for quite a while, and I was impressed by how knowledgeable she was about the products and by her kind, thoughtful personality. It was also truly inspiring to hear about her ambitions and the pride she takes in representing the company. Afterward, I had the pleasure of speaking with another wonderful associate, Imani, who also shared great product suggestions and spoke passionately about her work at Lush and her involvement in the community. Both women exuded such positive, uplifting energy that made the in store experience genuinely enjoyable, something I usually dread. It was refreshing to engage with such personable and inspiring ladies — I look forward to coming and shopping here again and again!
