- WLW LDec 19, 20251.0I would like to rate a 0, but it would not let me -- I made an online haircut booking for my 10-year old daughter for $14 with Charmange. When I showed up, I was told kids' haircut is $20, and because of the length of my daughter's hair, it is additional $10. So the haircut price is $30, which is more than double of the online booking price!!! This is ridiculous and deceptive practice. It is absolutely outrageous and completely unacceptable. We just drove to your hair salon on a Friday evening to be fooled!?
- YYYevetteNov 21, 20211.0I went here for my hair on my birthday I was told 30$ I got there it turned into 85$ then they charged everything separately which is dumb then the hairstyle didn’t last to the car I called next day and they told me manager wasn’t there and they just now getting to us and now she told me nothing can be done I won’t be coming back and also stylist is scissor happy cuts more than needed off regardless of what I’m good off this salon I won’t be coming back also stylist don’t really care for my hair try’s to talk down on me about my NATURAL COLOURED HAIR. Won’t be going back!

The manager did the color and hair cut. She was very patient and took her time with her. She made sure my mother was happy. Mom was very happy, the cut and color came out like she wanted it. Staff was nice. Salon was neat, bathroom was clean

We thought instead of trying any old salon go with someone who we thought knew what they were doing. On April 15,2018 we came for our appointment with Elena (I think is how you spell it). She was very courteous but seemed nervous from the get go, still we moved forward. She began the bleachin and I could see some places where she was going off too high or too low(not centimeters in one spot an inch difference) I said is fine it would blend or hoped so. Then she did not use the color she had bought specifically for my daughter ( we wanted a red, vibrant almost ruby like) she ultimately used a color they had in the store and it ended up auburn not RED and dull. Within a week it looked like someone’s orange grandma hair. I paid over $100.00 for a job that was way below par, we are extremely disappointed and now my daughter has orange her for her sixteen birthday. We will NOT be returning to this salon nor do we recommend it to anyone..
