  Went to this location to complete a return and just look around to possibly find a new fragrance with my bf .. the cashier was really nice even though she was having difficulties processing the return but she was still positive (maybe she was new I didn’t get her name but she was wearing a hijab) she had to call over a manager or lead to help (short Hispanic). The lead had an attitude about it , kinda passive aggressive. She finally was able to find the transaction and process the return. While I was doing the return my boyfriend was checking out some cologne. He told me the entire time they were hawking him as if he was going to steal ( meanwhile the entire fragrance wall only has the testers so that’s impossible). He said it was mainly the black girl in the front with the face mask. I met up with him after I was done with the Return and the same lead that helped came over to me and him and asked if we needed help . The way she did it was very awkward and seemed disingenuous. I declined because we were just testing some fragrance as one does when looking for a new one. A few more members on the floor would not stop passing us by and watching us while we simply smelling the perfumes( didn’t know that was a crime) . I most likely won’t return to this location because this isn’t the first time this has happened and it is quite annoying . It made us feel very uncomfortable and for what? I can see if we were acting suspicious but we were not. Sephora hopefully the DM, GM or SM can intervene and train these employees better this is not how you treat customers at all.

  I spent over $500 at the Forest Hills Sephora and was really disappointed with the service. When we asked for samples, we were told they didn’t have any, yet there was a full cart of samples clearly visible behind the counter. What made it worse was seeing other customers receiving Christmas samples while we were told none were available. This was my first time shopping at this location, and it was a letdown. The Sephora I usually shop at always makes sure samples are included after a purchase, especially with a large spend. It may seem like a small thing, but it’s part of the experience and customer service Sephora is known for. Unfortunately, that standard wasn’t met here.

  I remember I had a SCHEDULED appointment to get my makeup done for my baby shower. I was eight months pregnant and wanted to pee first. They made me walk up and down each block looking for a bathroom, in tears, not even knowing the area.. whole time there was a bathroom on site. Then the makeup looked muggy and I asked if they could smoothen it out and the “artist” looked so annoyed called the manager and her only resolve was “well you could take it off” Very very poor service.. don’t choose this place even as a last resort.

  Worst customer service ever. Large location yet doesn’t even carry everything. customer service was completely horrible I expected better but came out disappointed. Hire a better trainer for your new employees.
