  It’s disappointing to see how much this Sephora location has declined in quality and service. It appears that most of the knowledgeable and experienced staff have been transferred to the Sky View Mall store, leaving this one poorly trained. The current team lacks both product expertise and basic customer service skills, making each visit increasingly frustrating and unproductive. It’s unfortunate for the few original staff members who remain, maybe two or three, because they clearly know what they’re doing and seem to be carrying the weight of the entire store. I won’t be returning to this location until there’s a clear improvement in staff training and overall service. Sephora should prioritize bringing this store back up to the high standards customers have come to expect from the brand.

  First impressions are everything. I went in to smell a perfume before i drop a 100 bucks on it. The associate at the door looked like she had a big puss on her face. I said hello..she gave me a hello like it hurt her physically to do it. I havnt been in this sephora in a long time..the last time I was in there- there was a sales person standing in front greeting ppl with a smile asking if we needed help. Maybe this person today was in a bad mood. Ok..i get that. I went to the perfume section and stood there for a while. Not one person came over to ask if i needed help. Is this not a thing anymore in customer service? Ok..so i went over to someone and asked for help..i asked her if i could get a sample of a perfume so i could try it on a day i wasnt already wearing perfume. She said they dont give samples anymore. That was a total bummer. You used to be able to get a few drops in a teeny tiny bottle. So i smelled a few perfumes on sample sticks and left. Nothing was inherently wrong...i was just underwhelmed by the vibes and the no sample policy.

  I came to this place for Perfume and Gloria is the best person i dealt with… She helped me alot in making choices… Thank you so much Gloria and Sephora.

  If i write reviews is to praise and motivate people that did a great job. I came to this location for a pressed powder, Jasper did a great demonstration and I ended up buying Vitamin C serum, serum for my dark spots, foundation, concealer and much more. He was very respectful, understanding and helpful. I didn’t regret spending what i spent because it was worth it, i love my new cleaning and make routine. Today i went back to get my birthday gift from Sephora, i was greeted by Aria, what a sweet girl!! Not only beautiful inside out but spoke Spanish too, her welcoming made me buy more today from her, stuff for my eyebrows, which i needed them but it was not intention to buy anything. I expressed how i bad i dislike my eyebrows and she showed caring and she looked happy to help me. The cashier lady was simply welcoming and very kind. I was having a really bad day today and Aria made me feel so much better!! Thank you Sephora!
