I came five minutes early for my 4pm electro appointment. I waited for 4 pm outside the business (not to disturb her while she worked). Doors opened, and she's about to rush out (clearly, she forgot about our session). When she sees me, she gets upset at me that I waited outside. I get rushed into our session all the while the tech is complaining that i didn't come into her waiting area. My fifteen minute session lasted 10 minutes, if not less. My watch said 4:08 when I reached for my wallet. I paid her the $30 for 15 minutes that I clearly I didn't get. I don't appreciate paying full price for a job that didn't last the length of time it should have.
