- VZVicky ZhangMar 14, 20265.0I’ve always had such a good experience at this location, literally everyone is amazing here you can’t go wrong. I feel so bad because I can’t remember all the associates names, but Michelle K stood out to me especially after having a bad experience at the SoHo Sephora location (no sense of customer service, no smiles/greetings, ignored and “forgotten” about multiple times from multiple associates, at times it literally seemed like they were running away haha). The difference was incredibly noticeable. Michelle K at Skyview Sephora made me feel seen and respected. Thank you Michelle K and the whole team at Skyview Sephora<3
- ECErika CFeb 23, 20261.0I went into Sephora needing help and saw most associates were busy, so I approached one who was talking to a coworker. When I politely said “excuse me,” she walked past me, waved her hand in a dismissive gesture, and said she was on break. I understand employees need break as I I’ve worked retail myself but the attitude and hand gesture were rude and unprofessional. A polite response would have been sufficient.

They are mean when asked anything and majority all the testers in the store are empty and dirty. Walking in there gives me anxiety due to the coldness and mean faces of the staff. As well they were selling expired items. Sephora dont reply with an automated message asking to email the company. You know where it is in College Point (Flushing), Queens. As I see many people have reported this location and Sephora still has done nothing about it.
