  The blonde haired Asian girl is extremely rude. I asked for help about a hair product. She kept ignoring me and walked away. I feel she is very judgemental.

  I had the worst return experience yesterday here. I tried to return a 35-dollar face lotion. It burned my face, and I only used it twice. When I returned it, the workers here made me wait for a long time and made the return process extremely hard. When I gave them the lotion, there were 3 workers who kept weighing and shaking the bottle. I saw a female worker, and she asked a guy worker about the weight. The guy said it’s fine. But she called the manager and kept checking. They even got the same new lotion and compared it. The manager whose name is Michelle, she is the WORST. Her attitude is very mean and unprofessional. The lotion is barely used, and she kept telling me she can’t return it because I used too much. Then I had to go to the Sephora in Manhattan because my friend told me the workers there are always nice and helpful. So, I spent half of my day, subway fees and went all the way there. When I returned the lotion to Sephora in Manhattan. It was totally different, the worker seemed very professional and nice. She opened the lid, took a look, and I told her about the allergy. She processed the refund immediately and I finished the return process in a snap. The worker’s attitude was so friendly and kind. I felt she really tried to help the customer to fix the problem. I always shop in Sephora, and it was my first return experience. Michelle is definitely the worst and unprofessional. When I told this to my friends and family, they all said it was ridiculous and horrible. I really hope Michelle and the workers here can provide better service and be more helpful.

  I just want to say, Michelle K. deserves a raise! 👏🏻 She literally saved my skin. When I came a week ago my skin was very inflamed with acne and clogged pores that never went away. The products that my dermatologist prescribed me actually made my skin worse. After she took a look at my skin she recommended some products that actually worked for me. She’s very knowledgeable on skincare and very patient with evaluating my skin and taking the time to explain everything. I couldn’t thank her enough!

  La verdad desilusionada, mucha desorganización, no tenían en sus están las cosas que necesitaba, y la verdad le falta más aseo en los lugares donde colocan las brochas, Requieren de una persona que esté pendiente de la limpieza y la organización, cuidadosos, por favor son cosas que la gente utiliza para su rostro que peligro una bacteria 🦠 o miles…. yo creo que no volveré ahí no lo recomiendo mucho!

  Went here with my sister recently. We got one thing, in and out, but at check out a staff member named "Rafa" was rude when checking out. Pulled us aside if we were paying with card, had a rude face the entire time, told us to put a number, which we did but when my sister put one number wrong she made a "tsk" sound , pulled the tablet away and just seemed to get more annoyed. Then she said just put an email in. Maybe if we didn't type it correctly after 3 or 4 times I might understand, but really after one simple mistake? Unbelievable, if you get annoyed at customers after one mistake, maybe working customer service/cashier isn't the job for you.
