  I agree with the other reviewers that this store seriously needs a staff makeover. Every time u come here I get asked by 5 employees if I need help 30 seconds apart. It’s like they think I’m a thief and keep asking do you need help, do you need help, finding everything okay? Like can you chill the fudge out. Give me space. I get so much anxiety and scared some loss prevention guy is going to run after me like ice agents. Sephora flushing, you would make so much more sales if you just let customers browse, play, and swatch the testers and give them some space. I would’ve bought so much more product but because employees kept harassing me I just quickly bought 1 item checked out and left. I feel so much more relaxed shopping at target beauty upstairs, or Marshall’s beauty on the same floor they get my money and have same quality products as Sephora. I’ve spent $700 a year at Marshall’s beauty and I would buy from Sephora but they make me so uncomfortable to shop in there. Hopefully corporate retrains this location.

  The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and I felt welcome as soon as I entered. There are many things and they are very complete, and there are basically trials.

  Today, I visited this Sephora location and experienced blatant profiling from the staff. More than five employees approached me, repeatedly insisting that I take a basket, even though I only came in for two items. I observed that none of the other customers around me were treated this way. As a former Sephora supervisor myself, I find it deeply troubling that this kind of behavior is still occurring. Sephora has publicly acknowledged issues of racial bias in the past and committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for all customers yet my experience shows that these promises are not being upheld at this store. I left feeling singled out, uncomfortable, and disrespected. No customer should ever feel targeted because of the color of their skin. I sincerely hope Sephora provides additional training, accountability, and oversight to ensure that no one else with more melanin than the majority population is ever treated the way I was today. - My visit was today at 2:40pm.

  I wish I could give one star, but I need to write the review. The staff here are incredibly rude and mean. They ignore the customers, and to further discuss it in front of the customers' faces is ridiculous. I cannot understand how these people are still working there—their customer service is absolutely terrible. Very disappointed with the service and will never go back to this place. I can see that I'm not the only one who gave a negative review, proving that they haven't made any improvements or changes at all. So everyone, please don't go there.do not recommend.
