- JJjelly000Feb 8, 20265.0Yesterday I had to do an emergency purchase at Sephora, I have a trip in a week and thought I only needed two items, if you go to Sephora, I would recommend Laura! She is so sweet, but honest, I don't really know much on certain makeup products, but Laura was super informative about products, skin care routines, etc, and I didn't feel judged at all, she helped me understand what my skin needed. She helped me find all the products I needed to get me started, and she takes her time trying to help you find the right shade of concealer/foundation that really fits you. I expressed to her how I feel about certain products, budget, preferences and she always made sure I was satisfied with the items she recommend. The cashier energy is a tiny bit low, but I understand since it sometimes gets exhausting when the store is packed. Besides that, everyone that I interacted with at least was super nice and while my wallet cries after spending +$100, I'm happy that the products that I got will help me in the long run ♡ Thank you Laura!

The chunky lady with curly hair, blue ink tattoo on her forearm and stacked gold jewelry was so weird and rude to everyone that was coming in and went out of her way to embarrass customers and laugh with her coworker who was a guy. I was getting checked out by this other lady who was very sweet unfortunately couldn't say the same for her as she was busy shaming customers when she is hideous. What a shame ! I can tell they don't wear their nametags for a reason.
