I had an IV appointment scheduled and after my husband missed a call the night before, they began calling me repeatedly at 8 AM, sounding frantic and upset. This was apparently triggered by my prior feedback that the nurses had missed my vein six times during a previous visit. They then refused to call my husband back, despite him being the person they originally tried to reach. Instead of addressing patient safety or feedback constructively, they chose defensiveness and unnecessary drama. The upside is that I found Longevity Place in Scarsdale, which I highly recommend. They placed the IV on the first try, have better equipment and supplies, a cleaner facility, and are run by an MD. The difference in professionalism and care was night and day. Also better pricing!

Regardless of what service or membership you’re seeking out, walk-in visits are also available at Restore on a first come first serve basis. We can also customize a treatment plan for you based on what you’re in need of addressing.
What are your core services and their benefits?
Compression- No pressure, no diamonds! Compression may help your body to improve the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid, boost recovery, circulation and healing. This relaxing treatment applies controlled, dynamic pressure to extremities like the arms, legs and hips using NormaTec Pulse Rx 2.0 technology - the gold standard in compression. Intended to treat a variety of lymphedema conditions including venous insufficiency and help prevent deep vein thrombosis in sessions of just 30-60 minutes each.
What is the age limit for each service?
For medical and core services you must be 12 and older with special protocols. The age limit for Cryoskin is 16 years old.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment and how long does each service take?
Whole Body Cryotherapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. All that is needed upon your arrival is just yourself and good energy! We provide all the needed apparel to ensure you have a safe and fun experience (slippers, socks, robe, gloves, mask, and beanie). Your first time cryo appointment will be for 2:30 with future sessions going up to 3:00.
What is the benefit of being a member?

Do you accept Insurance, HSA, or FSA?
We accept HSA and FSA, no insurance or CareCredit. HSA and FSA cannot be used for facial services.
