- PFProject FTHNov 9, 20251.0The female workers here are incredibly rude and act like you’re interrupting their conversation whenever you ask for help. They give off total mean-girl vibes and make you feel like a bother just for asking a question. The staff was honestly so unprofessional — Sephora really needs to replace these employees with people who actually care about customers. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, because every other Sephora I’ve been to has had kind and helpful workers.

Kiely went above and beyond by ordering my out of stock product and giving me my choice of a wonderful Sephora promotional Birthday gift! I will definitely be back to this store. The store was practically empty, yet when I approached the two employees on the floor for help, they both seemed visibly annoyed, as if I was bothering them. I asked a couple of simple questions about products, and not only did they offer no assistance, but they also made no effort to be helpful or even polite. It’s one thing to be busy, but when the store is quiet and staff still can’t be bothered to offer basic customer service, that’s unacceptable. I left feeling unwelcome and won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

I got helped by Ariana a few days ago who was very helpful and knowledgeable, especially considering that I’m unfortunately a very picky customer. She took the time to make sure that I found a foundation that I was truly happy with even though it took a couple of attempts and did not make me feel rushed at all.
