  I sometimes find Diptyque a little unapproachable as a person newly interested in perfume, but Yomally was so warm, kind, and informed. She made the experience of browsing delightful. I would definitely go back to this location.

  I just have to give a quick shout out to the wonderful Davida, who is one of the best people I have ever worked with at any brand, in any city around the world. I usually work with her out of the DC Diptyque store, but when I learned she'd moved to the Hamptons for a few weeks after chatting with her about needing to restock my perfumes, I followed her there to do my shopping! Lucky for me she was just as amazing there as she is in DC (but please get her back to DC soon!). She is unfailingly helpful, knowledgeable and does an excellent job helping me whenever and with whatever I need. So love working with her and plan to do so for a very long time!

  Walking in, my friend Jenny and I immediately felt welcomed and at home. Katie was beyond amazing with all of her insight on each product and perfume! The whole experience was tailored to us; feeling so comfortable and cared for. Katie definitely loves her job and she made sure to show us that in her attention to detail and warm smile ! It was our first experience at dyptique and most definitely won’t be our last!! Thank you for everything !

  I came to this store in a good mood today, my birthday is August 5th. I wanted to buy myself a bottle of perfume! As a result, I encountered a store clerk who discriminated against Chinese people! Ask if the perfume comes in small bottles? She didn't even look at the name of the perfume and just pretended to go into the warehouse! Just say no! Really disappointing!

  This East Hampton boutique is the cutest! Davida was so sweet and explained the fragrances. She sent me home with samples to try. I'm waiting for diptyque to release a Hamptons exclusive!!
