I usually work with her out of the DC Diptyque store, but when I learned she'd moved to the Hamptons for a few weeks after chatting with her about needing to restock my perfumes, I followed her there to do my shopping! Lucky for me she was just as amazing there as she is in DC (but please get her back to DC soon!). She is unfailingly helpful, knowledgeable and does an excellent job helping me whenever and with whatever I need. So love working with her and plan to do so for a very long time!

When she called the store back the next day, she was told she can ship the perfume back for a full refund. They confirmed the acceptance, but started avoiding answering the phone. They lied multiple times that at first it was sent in the mail but got lost, then claiming that it was issued, then saying it will be issues and so on. It’s been over a month and she still hasn’t gotten a refund. Looks like I will have to call my credit card. What a waste of time. Be aware if you come from far away, I wouldn’t trust these people.
