  Some of the employees in this location have bad attitudes, especially this white lady with light brown hair. I tried to do an exchange for a better price, clearly they were slow with what i was saying so they started giving attitude and making snarky comments. I apologized if i seemed confusing and one of them replied with “yea you’re very confusing”, which was unnecessary. Then the white lady kept saying “they’re all the same price i don’t know what you’re talking about” with an attitude meanwhile she kept scanning the wrong item acting SO confident. All that just to be loud and wrong. Clearly these grown women are slow because they were having a hard time comprehending. I wouldn’t treat people like that even if i think they’re a bit confusing.. worst customer serviceeee. Pretty sure the white lady is the one in this picture LMAO embarrassing

  This is by far the worse Sephora I’ve been to. When I visited, there was barely anyone in the store. Just me and another couple. I was in line and there with three employees helping the one couple (one of which seemed to be the manager) while I waited in line for a while. Nobody bothered to help me, so I walked out. Why on earth would three employees need to help one couple and ignore anyone else? I won’t be coming back to this store and will drive out of my way to go elsewhere.

  My mom and I both had makeup appointments yesterday — hers at Deer Park and mine at the Bayshore location. Unfortunately, her artist forgot to apply some key products (mascara) and didn’t really give her the full glam look she wanted. But my experience at Sephora Bayshore was amazing! Katelyn did my makeup and she absolutely nailed the full glam look I asked for. She was so kind, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. The makeup turned out beautiful! 💄✨ If you’re looking for a true full glam or just a gorgeous makeup look, I 100% recommend booking with Katelyn at Sephora Bayshore. She’s wonderful! 💖

  Came here with my mom and spent 2 hours shopping. Place is fully stocked and well organized. The displays are all well taken care off too. The staff was super sweet and helpful. I also want to complement whoever was on aux bc those two hours we were there my mom and I were jamming with the songs. Great playlist!!
