  The store was very clean and organized, and the staff was kind and helpful. Customer service was fast and made everything easy. I was also able to find a really good men’s cologne for 50% off compared to Macy’s. I’m glad I found this store.

  First time walking into a cosmetics store for the first time, I didn’t know what to expect—but the staff made it such a great experience. Super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Prices were amazing and the 10% off was a nice bonus. I’ll definitely be coming back!!!

  What a bad experience I had last night. I am absolutely disgusted by the service at the store I shop here pretty often and it's not unusual to have really bad service by these 2 particular employees but tonight took the cake and one of them was an assistant manager how embarrassing Estee Lauder do better!!! The experience started off by somebody purchasing something getting the wrong change by a girl that doesn't even seem to know how to use the cash register and when the customer asked for the right change she told them that she can't open up the cash register and to come back another day!!! It only gets better from there. There was another person trying to purchase some items and the cashiers seem to have been friendly with this customer. She was purchasing a lot of items and they told her that they couldn't ring her up anymore unless she went out to buy them food and clothes from the Victoria's Secret pink store. All the while this person was trying to make her purchase they were texting cursing walking away from the front not helping any of the other customers disappearing into a back room. Finally they gave a list to the customer and that customer went out and bought them clothes and brought it back to the store and they then told the customer that they have to leave for the day that they couldn't ring them up anymore after that customer bought them clothes. It was so weird.. The whole time I was there, I was shocked. I couldn't believe 1 was watching this experience And I was wondering if management is even aware of this bad behaviour I found out that the person that was asking for the clothing was the assistant manager how horrible Estee Lauder!!! Really not sure what to say. I would not shop there again. It was terrible not to mention the store was filthy. The testers were dirty and everything was really messy. The one girl that was not helping any customers was just on her phone laughing and cursing obscenities she could've probably helped the other customers or maybe cleaned up. It is a cosmetic store and it was very unhygienic. I will be taking my business elsewhere and reaching out to a senior management person to figure out why this is even happening there I've never seen a store go downhill so fast and i have been shopping there for quite some time!! please hire people with integrity and people that have some type of sales experience. This is really bad. I wish I could leave multiple negative stars

  Very disappointed I always shop at different cosmetics company store and have a great experience. I come in and the girl with long dark hair will not help me and is putting on makeup and talking with other worker whole time when I ask for help with products they just point and don’t help me. Also when I walked in both workers on their phones right in the front door and they laughed as I walked in to move over unprofessional I will no longer shop here
